2-Month Industry Experience (Internship)
MSB integrates a two-month industry internship into the program because nothing matches real-world learning. Students work on live projects, collaborate with industry leaders, and translate classroom concepts into practical outcomes—building skills, confidence, and professional networks that accelerate career readiness.

Experiential Learning
The curriculum emphasizes experiential learning through multiple projects, industry interactions, and case studies. Students also undertake a year-long Capstone Project during the second year of the program.

No Final Exams — Continuous Assessment Instead
At MSB, learning is measured through regular, credit-based assessments—including projects, case studies, presentations, and practical labs—rather than high-pressure final exams. This continuous evaluation model provides timely feedback, reduces exam stress, and keeps students focused on deep understanding and industry-relevant skills.

Tailored Career Services
MSB’s comprehensive career program spans the entire duration of the PGDM. With six-credit Career Services courses and a three-credit summer internship, students gain holistic preparation for industry roles. Workshops on emerging technologies, industry webinars, and skill development sessions enhance language proficiency, presentation skills, aptitude, group discussions, and personal interviews.

Finishing Courses
MSB partners with industry to co-create and co-deliver finishing courses that bridge campus and corporate expectations. These capstone modules sharpen professional readiness—business communication, workplace etiquette, problem-solving, and job-aligned tools—ensuring every graduate steps into the corporate world confident, polished, and industry-ready.
