A Comprehensive Text Book, published by Wiley Publication. Mr. Swarup is working with various State Governments in India, China, and Canada on projects
related to education and innovation ecosystem creation in Management, Technology, and Design. He is also a jury member and actively involved in academic
and consultancy assignments with prominent institutions like NID and IIM Ahmedabad.

Senior Mentor to Incubators supported by Atal Innovation Mission, Niti Aayog. Board Member of several design schools, incubators, and business
schools of national repute. Delivered over 950 seminars and workshops at national and international forums.
Industry Experience:
Founder and Managing Director of Explorra Education Pvt. Ltd. (Designversity), India’s premier design education institution with campuses in
India and China. Explorra has been serving the corporate, government, higher education, and K12 sectors across the USA, Australia, China, India,
Canada, the United Kingdom, and Sri Lanka for over two and a half decades.
