BACKGROUND
Professor Meena Raghunathan is a management graduate with over three decades of experience in the Impact, CSR, and Sustainability sectors. Her career reflects a strong passion for enabling every young person to realize and attain their potential while fostering a better world through education, livelihood development, and community development, rooted in sustainability. She has spent 19 years at the Centre for Environment Education and 15 years leading CSR at the GMR Group, where she built programs, institutions, and partnerships for sustainable change. Beyond industry, she serves on the boards of corporates, NGOs, and academic institutions, and is deeply committed to institution building as a catalyst for Responsible Business. A prolific writer and editor, Professor Raghunathan has authored books, policy papers, handbooks, and children’s literature, focusing on CSR, responsible business, and sustainability education.
