AI era. The session will also discuss how students can think beyond job titles and start building

skills around problem-solving, decision-making, communication, adaptability and AI-enabled

productivity.

The session will focus on the key future skills students need to build, including Critical Thinking,

Design Thinking, AI tools fluency, domain depth, communication, collaboration and the ability to

influence ideas. It will be interactive and practical, with examples from business, consulting,

technology, product, entrepreneurship and digital transformation. The objective is to help

students develop a clearer view of how to stay relevant, build confidence and prepare for AI-

powered career opportunities.
