At MYRA, we promote practical learning over theoretical learning because it allows students to apply what they have learned to real-life situations. This can make the material more engaging and relevant, and it can also help students to retain the information more effectively.
True to this, FCCA Prof. Sanjay Dwivedi, Visiting Faculty for Entrepreneurship conducted a practical training session for Term I MBA students of the “Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship & Small Business Management” course using Gamification & Real life simulation wherein they played a game called “square the circle” which teaches them about doing any project in extreme uncertainty with the constraint of Time and Unknowns.
The objective of this is to determine from the behavior of the students, who –
1. are the natural leaders in the cohort?
2. has a problem-solving mindset?
3. is prepared to cheat?
4. has a resilient mindset that can handle success and failure with equanimity?
