Students are required to do two specializations

The Admissions Committee puts considerable effort into understanding each applicant’s academic ability, career goals, leadership potential, extracurricular interests, and interpersonal skills to make an admission decision. In order to create a diverse and intellectually stimulating learning environment, MYRA seeks to admit students from all disciplines and walks of life; and the office of admissions puts considerable efforts to ensure diversity on 4 fronts – educational background, geography, work experience, and gender.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s Degree

A bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 50% and above, from a recognized institution, is a pre-requisite. Your subject background, extra-curricular activities, awards, and recognitions are also considered during evaluation. Good academic standing is a pre-requisite and carries 25% weightage in the admission decisions.

For SC, ST, OBC candidates the qualifying criteria are as per AICTE norms.

Entrance Exam

Applicants should have at least one valid and qualifying score from CAT, CMAT, XAT, MAT, ATMA, NMAT®, GMAT®, GRE®, or MET® (MYRA Entrance Test). The entrance test score is an important evaluation criterion for selection and carries a 25% weightage in the admission decision.

MET is our in-house test conducted by MSB for students without any other standardized test scores. Students may opt to take MET during the application process, to meet the eligibility.

The MET is an online test that can be taken from any location at any time and is a 60-minute test with 50 questions, scored out of 50. The test consists of 20 questions from quants, 20 questions from verbal, and 10 questions on logical reasoning; with no negative marking. Each correct question awards a student 1 point.

Work Experience

We encourage students to have some experience; however, work experience is not mandatory for any of our full-time programs. We believe that students bring their professional experience to the class and contribute to the cohort interactions and are able to take away more. However, we also welcome exceptionally bright fresh graduates who possess drive and confidence.
