BACKGROUND
Janhavi is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the area of Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources Management. With over 6 years of teaching and research experience both locally and internationally, her areas of teaching interest are in diversity, inclusion, social identity and cross- cultural management and strategic human resources management. She has taught courses such as Leading and Managing People, Human Resources Management and Organizational Behaviour.
