The session will help students understand how AI is reshaping industries, roles and career<\/p>\n
pathways, and why future readiness is no longer only about technical skills. It will introduce<\/p>\n
practical mental models such as \u201cAI First vs AI Everywhere,\u201d \u201cHuman in the Loop,\u201d and \u201cJob =<\/p>\n
Tasks + Decisions + Judgment + Accountability\u201d to help students see how work is changing in the<\/p>\n
AI era. The session will also discuss how students can think beyond job titles and start building<\/p>\n
skills around problem-solving, decision-making, communication, adaptability and AI-enabled<\/p>\n
The session will focus on the key future skills students need to build, including Critical Thinking,<\/p>\n
Design Thinking, AI tools fluency, domain depth, communication, collaboration and the ability to<\/p>\n
influence ideas. It will be interactive and practical, with examples from business, consulting,<\/p>\n
technology, product, entrepreneurship and digital transformation. The objective is to help<\/p>\n
students develop a clearer view of how to stay relevant, build confidence and prepare for AI-<\/p>\n
powered career opportunities.<\/p>\n
Mr. Nikunj Dang is the Founder & CEO of Yagnum, a boutique advisory and capability-building<\/p>\n

skills and transformation capability. He is a former Managing Director at Accenture Strategy &<\/p>\n

operating models, digital, data, AI, product thinking and capability building. He has worked across<\/p>\n
organisations such as Accenture, EY, ICICI Bank, Citibank and Thomas Cook.<\/p>\n
Mr. Nikunj works with enterprises, SMEs, educational institutions, founders and leadership teams<\/p>\n
on Strategy, AI-first capability building, Design Thinking, Critical Thinking, Product Strategy and<\/p>\n
future-ready skills. He has conducted sessions and workshops with organisations and institutions<\/p>\n
