Prof. Minu Ipe is the Faculty Director of Professional MBA Programs and Clinical Associate Professor of Management in the W P Carey School of Business, Arizona State University, USA. She is a US-based scholar of International Business, Leadership, and Organizational Behavior.
Her recent work deals with inter-agency collaboration during emergencies, knowledge sharing in businesses, and organizational issues in the US health care system. Her research has been published in leading journals including the International Journal of Human Resource Management, Information Systems Frontiers, and the Journal of Career and Technical Education. She has also published three Harvard Business School Cases which deal with the booming healthcare industry. She has taught courses including:
